Job description
The Executive Assistant will assist the President and Office Manager in daily operations of the company in a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Bilingual
Answer and direct phone calls.
Write and distribute emails, letters, and forms.
Develop and maintain filing system.
Book travel arrangements.
Maintain contact lists.
Organize and schedule appointments for staff and customers.
Plan meetings and create detailed minutes.
Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Order office supplies.
Provide support to office visitors.
Liaise with executive and senior staff to handle requests and quires from employees and customers.
Must have proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Have knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Have a working knowledge of office equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
QuickBooks experience required.
Attention to detail and problem solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
