We are seeking a Customer Service Scheduler to assist with appointment coordination, client support, and administrative scheduling tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm client appointments using online scheduling systems.
Assist customers with booking, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
Maintain and update scheduling records to ensure accuracy.
Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide alternative appointment options.
Coordinate with internal teams to streamline scheduling processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Ability to work independently and problem-solve in a fast-paced remote environment.
Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is a plus but not required.
