JL Schwieters is looking to hire reliable, hardworking, safety minded 2nd Shift Production Workers for its Truss Manufacturing Facility. The Production Assembler is an invaluable part of the team ensuring production quotas are met while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. Most processes are automated; however, the Production Assembler’s strict attention to detail is what puts everything together.
Work in an open, bright, airy, and clean production atmosphere.
General Hours:
2nd Shift: 4:30PM - 4:30AM Monday - Thursday
O/T hours built into shift
Double-Time opportunities available
Essential Job Duties:
Must be able to read a tape measure
Assembling Roof or Floor Trusses from blueprints
Working on your feet most of the shift; however, kneeling, bending, twisting, crouching may also be involved
Working 3-4’ above the ground may be involved for roof truss assembly
Working independently yet part of an Assembly Team
Ability to lift 75#
Stable Attendance A Must
Do you have experience working safely and accurately with;
Nail Gun
Hammer
Saws
Tape Measure
