Reports to: Production Manager
1st Shift: Mon-Thur 6am-3:30pm; Fri 6am-10am
Main Function: Accurately perform all shipping and receiving functions and transactions; work closely with Production Support and Inspection Departments to meet all customer order requirements; work to maintain inventory data base accuracy, provide care and preventive maintenance for shipping and receiving equipment; all other duties as apparent or assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Adhere to all Company safety policies and procedures.
-Adhere to Company quality policies and procedures.
-Operate assigned shipping and receiving machines and auxiliary equipment including but not limited to:
Delivery Vehicles
Forklift and other material handling equipment
Company operating system software and auxiliary software packages
-Maintain accurate inventory, packaging, and shipments
-Conduct accurate transactions for receiving and shipping processes
-Communicate regularly with customers, vendors and subcontractors via telephone and email, regarding order
scheduling and pickups.
Qualifications:
-Read, write, speak, and understand the English language
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Ability to use a computer and auxiliary data processing equipment
-Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver 40 pounds
-Ability to stand, walk, and carry out normal activities in a production environment

-Valid Minnesota drivers license
-Forklift certification or the ability to be certified
