Maintenance Technician Compensation : $35-41/hour (Becker, MN)
Maintenance Technician Shift: Monday-Friday, 6am - 2:30pm + OT
Maintenance Technician Job Overview: The Senior Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations. Primarily this role will ensure the reliability and efficiency of production lines ensuring the safe production of low cost, high quality products. Additionally, this role will be responsible for developing and executing a Preventative Maintenance program for the entire facility.
Maintenance Technician Key Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED, technical degree a plus
4 years minimum experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical, electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic systems on an industrial production line.
4 years minimum experience executing preventative maintenance projects and using a CMMS system
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and work autonomously
Available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Senior Production Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of work orders.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment.
Mentor, train, and develop maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, including work orders, parts usage, and equipment history.
Ensure appropriate level of communications regarding issues and repair status.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
