Shifts: Multiple shifts
Pay: $25 - $40/hour (DOE)
-Perform both preventive and reactive maintenance on various equipment, including rollers, conveyor belts, hydraulics, and pneumatics, among others.
-Ensure the timely completion of daily maintenance tasks as per the schedule, and collaborate with external parties or vendors when necessary.
-Oversee and actively engage in maintenance duties, encompassing predictive maintenance, equipment repair and reconstruction, electrical work, and maintenance training initiatives.
-Manage the maintenance of the applications center, covering utilities and operational aspects, to minimize downtime and ensure the successful execution of trials.
-Proficiently troubleshoot equipment issues, both mechanical and electrical, while possessing expertise in interpreting electrical diagrams.
-Work closely with the engineering team to introduce process enhancements and drive continuous improvements.
-Coordinate with external vendors to maintain up-to-date inspection records.
-Demonstrate proficiency in working with PLCs, VFDs, and electrical systems (up to 480 Volts).
