Growing machine shop is looking for machinist who can work in a fast paced environment, can work as a team and be able to problem solve.
All levels of CNC experience are welcome to apply.
Qualifications:
Experienced in programming, setting up and operating of CNC equipment
Must be proficient with Fusion 360 CAD/CAM
Must be able to read, write and edit G-Code
Experienced with using FANUC robot
Understanding of using inspection equipment
Creative thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to work in fast paced work environment
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and blueprints
Job Duties:
Operate CNC equipment and do set ups.
Use Fusion 360 to program CNC equipment
Edit, make offsets and tool changes on CNC equipment
Select and find tooling required for jobs
Do in process inspection of parts to print specification
Assist and train co-workers
Will make prototypes and medium production runs
Work on CNC turning and vertical milling centers with 4 axis and 5 axis capabilities.
Work on parts in wide variety of industries (military, medical, commercial electronics, communications, industrial)
Train and work with Fanuc Robot
Work Environment:
Clean well lighted shop
Air Conditioned
Full Time 1st Shift Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
