Job Title: Part-Time Social Media Coordinator

Company Overview: Ze’s and Cahill Diner is a retro 50’s diner. We pride ourselves on our dedication to great customer service, food quality and efficiency. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Part-Time Social Media Coordinator.

Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual to assist our marketing team in managing our social media presence across various platforms. The Part-Time Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence.

Responsibilities:

Create and curate high-quality content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our website.

Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.

Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.

Analyze social media insights and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.

Proficiency in social media management tools such as Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working on a degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience with graphic design and/or video editing software.

Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.

Knowledge of SEO principles and strategies.

Passion for restaurant industry and staying current with industry trends.

Location: This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. Also coming into the stores to get content.

Hours: Part-time, with approximately 10 hours per week. Flexible scheduling is available.
