Kreativ HQ is growing and we’re looking to add a Project Manager contractor to play an integral role in our busy marketing company www.kreativhq.com. We’re looking for someone with great communication skills, but we also need someone who comes with general marketing background knowledge and can manage projects and clients. We want someone who brings warm and positive energy and a smile to work every day.

DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager is a key member of the Kreativ HQ team, managing a range of marketing projects as well as the tasks assigned to our specialized team who perform various marketing duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a central resource for daily communications between our client and team members
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Provide marketing and communications support when needed
Work closely with the owner and provide assistance with scheduling meetings, etc.
Maintain CRM database of projects, tasks, due dates, and talent
Work with and manage a variety of online marketing platforms
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE skills (absolute must)
Excellent PROJECT MANAGEMENT skills
Excellent ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Excellent ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Proven ability to be responsive, punctual and efficient
Ability to work individually and ability to handle self-driven projects efficiently
Well-organized and a self-starter
Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills
OPTIONAL, but not required
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including familiarity (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere)
Working knowledge of WordPress CMS - editing, uploading, blog posts, etc.
Up-to-date knowledge of new technologies and ability to apply it to marketing principles
Experience successfully managing marketing and web-based projects
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Related job experience in digital marketing preferred
