The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our office team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, wants to contribute to a company that values quality, customer satisfaction, and hard work. The ideal candidate will be a organized, and have excellent communication and time management skills. This position requires in-office work hours, Monday – Friday, but office hours are somewhat flexible and can be discussed at the interview.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner, project managers, and other office staff.
-Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Manage incoming phone calls and emails, ensuring professional and timely responses.
-Accept packages and deliveries. Track receipt.
-General office duties, such as data entry, filing, copying, ordering supplies.
-Maintain a tidy office helping to clean up and maintain a nice working environment.
-Assist with marketing including mailing brochures, asking for Google reviews, mail chimp newsletters, and WordPress website updates.
-Help with data management projects. Digitizing files, archiving files, cleaning up duplicate files.
Qualifications:
-A valid drivers license and transportation for running errands.
-Any recent grad with sold work history is encouraged to apply.
-Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
-A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Experience in the construction or remodeling industry is a plus, but not required.
