I am seeking an experienced attorney to assist with a case involving website plagiarism, fraud, and theft of charitable donations. In May 2021, my nonprofit’s website was copied verbatim—only the contact number was changed to divert donations to another party. The individual has never registered as a nonprofit or obtained 501(c)(3) status and has unlawfully used our materials to solicit vehicle donations.
Need affordable attorny for district court. In addition to website theft, this individual failed to pay over $20,000 owed from vehicle consignments and has redirected approximately $500,000 in donated vehicles meant for Auto Technical, Inc., for personal gain. Evidence includes signed consignment agreements, donation forms, falsified IRS 1098-C forms, and witness testimony.
Multiple agencies (Attorney General, IRS, DMV, bonding company) have been notified, but action has been slow or nonexistent. Prior court cases were lost due to technical/legal errors, not lack of evidence. I am looking for legal counsel to pursue civil and/or criminal claims with a clear strategy and understanding of nonprofit law and standing.
Please contact me if you have experience with intellectual property theft, nonprofit fraud, or auto dealer law. Full documentation available upon request.
