Lead Carpenter: Pay = 60-95k+ DOQ
Good people skills - the ability to work cheerfully with our clients, architects and designers and fellow employees.
Good communication skills - the ability to lead by example, and communicate plans to other employees and sub-contractors.
The ability and desire to work as a team member.
Well-rounded remodeling skills and knowledge of the trades.
Good carpentry skills.
Truck with basic hand tools – Our top people drive Company trucks
Production Carpenter: Pay = 35-60k+ DOQ
Good people skills
The ability to follow instructions and to work well with supervisors.
The ability to work productively in lone work environments.
Clean, neat and presentable at all times.
Good carpentry skills.
Be trainable and ready for advancement – we have a lot of room!
