Sales Arborist to join our team and help clients make informed decisions about their tree care needs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct on-site assessments of trees and landscapes for residential and/or commercial clients.
- Diagnose tree issues and recommend services such as pruning, removal, disease management, and plant health care.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and estimates, closing sales with integrity and professionalism.
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients and follow up on all services.
- Coordinate with crew leaders and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality service.
- Actively generate leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience in arboriculture, landscaping, horticulture, or a related sales role.
- Have hands-on experience working on a tree crew (preferred).
- Are an ISA Certified Arborist (or willing to become certified).
- Understand tree biology, common pests/diseases, and pruning techniques.
- Excel in communication, customer service, and building rapport.
- Are self-driven, organized, and enjoy working outdoors.
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
