PT Horseback Riding Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part Time Riding Instructor to join our team year-round. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hunt seat equitation on the flat (no jumping), horsemanship, excellent communication skills, a strong sense of team and a dedication to providing high-quality instruction to riders of all levels.

Responsibilities:

Conduct riding lessons for individuals and small groups of varying skill levels, from beginners to advanced riders.

Develop lesson plans tailored t the needs and goals of each student.

Provide constructive feedback to students to help improve their skills.

Experience working with all horses and riders of all ages and abilities.

Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

Teach proper riding techniques according to the discipline you are teaching.

Participate in special events, clinics and competitions as appropriate.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of horse care, stable management and basic first aid.

Reliable, responsible and committed to the safety and well-being of both horses and riders.
