Skills to include boilers, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, electric, drywall, grounds, snow, lock re-keying, and so on. We are seeking someone with 3 or more years of experience and experience in boilers. This is a fast paced customer caring organization; we put our work and our employees first. On call required 1 week every 3 months. This is a part time position. Full time is also available. Our office is in Eden Prairie. Background (BCA) check required.
