Description:
Inserting machines stuff and seal the envelopes. Affixing is the area where operators, operate machines that place cards/labels on mail. This company has the capability of customizing each individual card with our client’s customer information. The Bindery area operates machines that fold the pages. The Commingle area has Commingle/Delivery-Point Bar Code Sorters. This company was one of the first direct mail producers to implement combined commingling in 1995. These machines scan each piece of mail and sort them by zip code.
Machine operators are responsible for:
Conducting quality checks and notifying their Supervisor and/or Technician immediately of any problems or concerns
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Read and understand production tickets.
Package finished product efficiently and accurately; mail product.
Complete electronic and paper documentation.

Must be comfortable standing on their feet with 12 hour shifts
Must comfortable lifting up to 40 LBS (as will be moving boxes onto a pallet)
Comfortable with reading and writing English

12 hour shifts on a 4-3 rotating schedule (Example below w/ available openings).
7x A Shift (4-3): 6am - 6pm
7x B Shift (4-3): 6pm - 6am
7x C Shift (4-3): 6am - 6pm
7x D Shift (4-3): 6pm - 6am
A/B Shift: 4-3
Week 1: Sunday, Thurs, Fri, Sat
Week 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat
Week 3: Sunday, Thurs, Fri, Sat
B/D Shift: 4-3
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed
Week 2: Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed
