Looking for my right hand man!

I am a liscenced general contractor looking for my right hand man. We do lots of siding, decking, windows, doors, and framing. Someday will be dirt work with skidsteer. I'm looking for someone that wants to grow with the company, works hard ambitious to learn, has a liscence and vehicle. Also that can handle working on jobs when I am gone doing something else. Must be able to lift a box of siding. Also I would be offering that you can sell jobs to and after a storm be out there selling roofs,siding, etc. You would make great commission on jobs you sell as well. I pay every Friday. If you are good and impress me I will keep bumping up your pay. Also happy to give bonuses Basically the sky is the limit on how much you want to make!
