Village Green Landscapes is hiring now for the Spring / Summer season. These are full-time positions during the summer season at our New Brighton, Brooklyn Park, and Shakopee locations.
Possibility of regular year-round employment if you are interested in commercial snow removal in the winter months. Benefits eligibility with year-round employment.
The Crew Leads are responsible for onsite leadership of their respective crew members. They ensure their crew is informed on assigned jobs and they are a key contact for the customer during the season or project duration.
Full time during spring/summer season
Works alongside assigned crew to complete assignments
Responsible for training and mentoring crew members
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising all assigned jobs
Ensures safety protocols are followed and maintains good communication with leadership team
Landscape Crew Leads
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of hardscape installation experience
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one
Must be able to pass a pre- employment drug test
Preferred
3+ years of landscape construction
Degree in horticulture or landscaping
CDL – class A license
