Erosion Works is an established Erosion company. We have been in business since 2008. We service mainly home and commercial builders around the twin city area. We also work on some highway heavy projects. We are looking for well-rounded individuals who want to join our team. We are looking for candidates that want to grow with our company and start a career in the erosion industry. These positions have the possibility of year-round work, but if you like to ice fish or going somewhere warm lay-off is an option as well. In return, he/she will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, honest safety oriented
- Must have valid driver’s license Class A or B is a plus
- Bilingual a plus
- Customer service driven (understanding needs of the customer)
- Ability to work under various weather conditions
- Ability to work 40+ hours M-F; 6:00 am Starting Time
- Reliable Transportation
- Team Player
- Experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 75 – 150 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures;
- Work in an upright standing position for long periods of time;
- Work in different environmental working conditions (e.g. heat, cold, wind, rain);
- Walk and climb stairs, handle, finger, grasp and feel objects and equipment;
- Reach with hands and arms; Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word;
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building sites as required to meet the job functions;
- Repeat various motions with the wrists, hands and fingers;
- Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms.
