We're searching for our next team member to join our Custodial team. You would be performing scheduled custodial/maintenance duties for Urban Ventures and Cristo Rey Jesuit High School.
The working hours are Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
Specific Responsibilities:
Cleaning of common areas, gymnasium, administrative offices, classrooms and bathrooms.
Maintenance tasks to include: painting, drywall repair, light bulb replacement, general repair of building and equipment.
General building and grounds activities to include: snow removal and shoveling, lawn maintenance, and trash pick-up.
Event set up: tables, chairs, room set-up/take-down
Loading and unloading trucks
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Physical ability for cleaning and operating cleaning equipment
Mechanical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting cleaning equipment, etc.
Lifting and loading, weight to vary between 50-100 lbs.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated
Works well as part of a team
Ability to align with and articulate the mission and values of Urban Ventures and Cristo Rey Jesuit High School
