Lloyd's Construction Services, Inc. is looking for a full-time employee that will be responsible for assisting in the performance of routine work at their construction debris transfer facility including monitoring and maintain the transfer station tipping floor, inspection and preparation of loads, and other related work as required.
General Requirements:
Able to understand & carry out oral instructions and work independently in the performance of routine duties.
Able to work safely around large equipment.
Follows all safety procedures required in the operation of the transfer station.
Able to direct and deal with public with a customer friendly attitude.
Experience with operating equipment skillfully & safely, and a willingness to learn new equipment operation.
Examine loads for unacceptable waste and recyclables.
Monitor gauges and dials to ensure equipment is working properly.
Ability to work long shifts with varying start and end times.
Have and maintain appropriate driver’s license.
Willingness to perform related job tasks as required.
Willingness to utilize computer programs or applications to complete required paperwork.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in temperature and weather extremes.
Ability to climb on dumpsters and trailers and work at heights.
Ability to perform the following physical duties exerting maximum muscle force: stooping, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, climbing, balancing, walking, & handling materials that weigh up to 80 pounds.
Ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body occasionally and over time without “giving out” or fatiguing.
Ability to coordinate two or more limbs while sitting and standing.
Ability to lift tools, equipment, and construction components weighing up to 60 pounds.
Ability to quickly move hands and/or arms together to manipulate and control objects.
Ability to communicate and listen to instruction.

$25.00 - $38.00 per hour based on experience.
Full-time, 40-60 hours per week depending on workload.
Salary: Hourly, Overtime after 40 hours.
Valid driver's license required
Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but willing to train
