Elevate Renovations is a small business in Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN. We specialise in Decks,Kitchens, and Bathrooms. We work a 30 mile radius from the twin cities. This is a 1099 position.

Responsibilities:
-Read and follow blueplints
-abillity to think and problem solve issues tha accur
- Run and assit crew on deck builds, kitchen remodels, and bathroom remodels
- Carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, and installing materials
- Assist with drywall installation, finishing and repair
- Flooring installation
-Tile installion
- Minor plumbing
- Demo
- Use hand tools and power tools under the guidance of experienced carpenters
- Learn and assist with masonry work as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience or education in carpentry is preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenging tasks
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and project requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 45 per week
