Caretaker/maintenance

Perhaps you are a bit older, or perhaps not. Maybe you have a family, or maybe not. Maybe you have a partner you like working with, or maybe not. This is a resident manager position in a manufactured home park. You need to plow a little snow. You will need to cut some grass. You need to do some paperwork. You do need to have strong communication skills and be a people person. You do have to be able to work independently as your duties and schedule very from day to day. We will provide you a nice 3 bedroom home to live in. This is a salaried position that includes 401K participation. Experience is not necessary. Please provide resume.
