Responsibilities
Facility Upkeep:
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
Perform basic plumbing, construction, and electrical repairs
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility, both indoors and outdoors
Complete exterior maintenance tasks such as painting, window cleaning, lawn care, and snow removal
Additional Duties:
Provide occasional customer rides using our company shuttle vehicle
Pick up and deliver parts as needed
Assist with other miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Essential Skills: Knowledge and experience in basic plumbing, construction, and electrical work.
Valid Driver's License: Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer Service: Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
