We provide modern testing and repair equipment, ongoing training, ASE reimbursement and advancement opportunities.
We use the Mitchell 1 Shopkey estimating program. Very easy to learn and use.

Service Advisor
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Multi-tasking is a must in this job. You will be required to take care of several tasks at once. Along with, making sure customers are satisfied and taken care of quickly and efficiently.
- Record All Customer requests/ concerns on initial repair order
- Finalize repair order with correct/ updated billing or recommendations
- Repair quotes
- Sell appropriate maintenance work to customers
- Scheduling appointments - helping to manage bay time and customer wait time
- Answer Phones
- Work with Service Manager and technicians
- Order parts online
- Delegate work to technicians
Requirements:
Efficient Computer Skills
Valid Driver's License
Must have two years automotive experience
Offer:
$50,000 TO $75,000 PER YEAR - Based on experience
401k - 4% company match
Annual Year End Bonus 3%-8% of earnings
