We are currently looking for an Area Supervisor to join our team and help serve our clients in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
SHIFT:
Full -Time
Monday - Friday evenings starting around 4PM.
Occasional Weekend Shift.
COMPENSATION:
$22-$25 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in starting up new accounts.
Train new employees.
Provide ongoing training to current employees.
Assist in performing inspections.
Cover shifts where there are employee absences or due to new accounts not yet being staffed.
Occasional floor buffing, carpet cleaning, and window washing.
Deliver supplies when necessary.
Compile reports and shift summaries to send to manager on a daily basis.
Other duties assigned by the Area Manager
QUALIFICIATIONS:
You must be 21+ years old.
At least 1 year of janitorial experience is needed for consideration.
High attention to detail.
Must be able to pass background check.
Must have valid MN Driver’s license and auto insurance.
Must be able to lift 25+ pounds.
Able to communicate effectively & professionally with customers, co-workers & management.
Organized.
Perform well and keep calm under pressure.
