Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Manager to oversee and integrate key operational areas of our business, including human resources, inventory management, site maintenance, and technical support. Key Responsibilities:

As a Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our operations by effectively coordinating multiple areas of responsibility.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and supporting human resources activities, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and staff scheduling, while fostering a positive workplace environment.

Overseeing inventory management processes to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth procurement operations.

Maintaining the physical appearance and functionality of the site by implementing preventive maintenance schedules and coordinating necessary repairs.

Providing technical support and collaborating with IT professionals to resolve hardware and software issues.

Demonstrating leadership by encouraging professional development, team collaboration, and maintaining accountability.

Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring timely reporting and resolution of issues.

Human Resources Management:

Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, and training of new employees.

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance evaluations.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Manage staff and scheduling. From time to time this may require coaching, discipline, and termination.

There are times when overtime is required, and the applicant must be prepared to step in and cover shifts or address urgent business needs to ensure operational continuity.

Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Implement inventory control procedures and conduct regular audits.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to optimize procurement processes.

Site Maintenance:

Ensure facilities are well-maintained and comply with safety and cleanliness standards.

Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair needs.

Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.

Technical Support:

Provide first-line technical assistance to staff and troubleshoot minor hardware/software issues.

Liaise with external IT support services for advanced technical needs.

Maintain up-to-date documentation of technical systems and processes.

Leadership and Development:

Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration.

Encourage a growth mindset and identify professional development opportunities for team members.

Lead by example, demonstrating accountability and continuous learning.

Communication and Reporting:

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

Prepare and present regular reports on HR metrics, inventory, maintenance, and technical support status.

Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial experience across diverse operational areas.

Strong understanding of HR principles, inventory management systems, and basic IT troubleshooting.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Superior interpersonal and professional communication abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, GSuite.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

Preferred Skills:

Ability to work well with others, fostering collaboration and positive team dynamics.

Effective problem-solving skills, with the capacity to address and resolve challenges efficiently.

Strong leadership capabilities, demonstrating the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.

Experience running teams and working in an agile organization.

Experience in facilities management and technical support.

Proven track record of implementing process improvements and fostering a growth mindset in teams.

A strong organizational skill set is essential for effectively addressing and streamlining complex challenges. This capability ensures the applicant can manage multiple priorities, enhance team efficiency, and contribute to achieving organizational goals with clarity and focus.

Working Conditions:

Business hours are 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.

Combination of office work and on-site supervision.

Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.

Ability to navigate facilities for inspections, including both indoor and outdoor tasks in varying climates, such as warm summers and cold winters.
