As a recruiter/account manager you will work directly with very reputable companies throughout the twin cities area, to design and execute recruiting plans that will help satisfy their staffing needs. Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, interview candidates
Thoroughly screen candidates
Offer employees a position and conduct orientation
Provide an onsite presence at client locations
Answer phones and assist callers
Requirements:
Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook applications
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Finesse in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
Sound independent judgment
