SkyLine Incc is looking for dedicated individuals who have a desire to make a difference in providing quality support services to individuals and families with barriers to assist in finding and sustaining stable housing. If you want a position in which you can create your own work schedule hours, have the ability to work both in person and remote, continue to learn and grow in a professional industry in both practice and position, and grow into a leader and role model in your community as well as all those you encounter SkyLine Incc is looking for you

Persons who have graduated from a Housing/Rental Assistance Program or have personal experience with Housing/Rental Assistance Programs are highly encouraged to submit a resume!

Experience required may be professional, personal, or a combination of both in at least one or more of the following areas:

At least 1 year working with or experiencing one of the following or related areas:

Persons with Disabilities or Barriers, Housing, Rental Assistance, Homelessness, Vulnerable Adults, Mental Health, Chemical Dependency, County protections, corrections, and/or involvement, Social Work, Community Outreach, Resource Advocacy, Client Advocacy, Healthcare, Real Estate, or any other related field

OR

A Bachelor's degree

OR

Be enrolled in college level courses related to the field

OR

Be a Peer Recovery Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Assessment and Documentation:

Keep client case files up to date and organized.

Maintain current client data, HIPPA, and keep detailed case notes.

Communicate regularly and effectively with the client, staff directors and consultants, community service providers, and other supports to assist clients with housing search, applications, and maintain stable housing when secured.

Identify and present housing options and education for overcoming housing stabilization barriers.

Assist clients in understanding, signing, and fulfilling lease agreements.

Assist clients with paperwork completion and submissions, personal goals, getting support systems in place, educating on community resources, budgeting skills, social skills, and providing information on educational enrollment and/or employment resources.
