Responsibilities:
o 40 hours per week are towards the following goals. Understanding these goals are baby steps and our methods that have been to work the best it behavioral programs BDI, visuals PICS System and other ones that have worked well.

Passionate about designing digital videos and publishing them on his Personal YouTube Channel.
School and work transition education
o Goes great on a schedule, onsite and no computers interactions.
o He loves any schooling and will be ready 30 minutes early.
If he has an agreed schedule plan he is very independent but does not want to be asked any questions, thank yous needed because he doesn’t want to have to say you’re welcome
o Has a 4th or 5th grade Math level.
o Remote school, or appointment video conference do not work for him. Lucky to get 5 minutes.
o He’s in his bedroom mostly developing game or app mods or games. He has paintings that have been sold in shows friends ask to try.
Small family

Does not like doing chores today, but had no problem being on a schedule doing chores all the time and enjoying it.
Wants to be on his computer 24/7. Computers are one thing in life they feel they have the ability to make their own decisions and can control.
Loved to swim and walks.
We work together to create behavior change program for one behavior at a time. Otherwise, he is very independent, very clean and may take long baths (schedule timely), He doesn’t have any physical challenges, he laughs loudly for minutes at a time throughout the day and night but he’s rarely seen outside of his bedroom.

Night Supervision Responsibilities
I. Review notes from the part-time healthcare aids.
II. Manage the schedule for the following:
a. Part-time aids
i. Where you need for coverage times.
b. Appointments
c. Medications
d. Time for yourself
e. Budget
III. Recommendation
a. Be creative on engaging with him.
IV. Make sure bathrooms and kitchen are tidy.
V. Complete any laundry duties.
VI. Check on the pet list
a. Currently no pets
VII. Make sure door are locked.
VIII. Please make sure garbage cans are at the end of the driveway the day before they are scheduled to come.
IX. Leave notes on how the night was for the day aids. List anything that could be a concern, new ideas, or if things are getting out of control or don’t make sense.
X. Make the best out of you time you have.
