Job Responsibilities
We are looking an organized and proactive Office assistance to join our team at SeCure Care LLC, a 245D home care agency. This individual will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency by maintaining client’s files/records, assisting with the onboarding of new clients, and hiring and training of staff. The ideal will have excellent communication skills
Serve as the first point of contact for potential and new clients.
Manage the client intake process, including gathering required documentation and scheduling assessments.
Ensure compliance with 245D regulations during the onboarding process.
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients, families, and staff in a timely manner.
