I am looking to add to a group of nurses to fill my 24-hour home care. I do not use a home care agency, I recruit nurses and guide them through the online DHS provider sign-up process which is guaranteed with an active MN nursing license. Operating this way and billing DHS directly, I can offer caregivers a higher hourly wage than typical agency home care. The hourly rates are $59.72 RN and $44.84 LPN.
The majority of my staff have worked hospital/facility jobs 0.6-0.75 time and do 1-2 shifts a week with me as a lower stress/more downtime environment supplement. If this independent setup interests you, I am looking for part time (1-2 shifts/week) caregivers for weekend days and overnights during the week. Shifts are currently divided in 12-hours, 9-9, in Roseville. Shifts may be given up to, traded, or split with other nurses - scheduling is collaborative. Ventilator experience is preferred however all candidates including new grads will be considered and orientation/training will be provided.
