`Duties`
-Full Cares
- Provide personal care assistance to individuals with physical disabilities in a home care setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, bowel program, positioning, transfers
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and individual preferences
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices if necessary
- Knowledge of basic first aid procedures
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
