Do you hold a Minnesota Dental License and looking for a change from the clinical setting? Do you like teaching others? Are you a rule follower? We are looking for 2 Rock Stars to join our team as a Dental Compliance Trainer at Compliance Solutions Inc.
Every day is different: One day in Duluth and the next could be in Rochester or Marshall. This position involves going into dental offices around Minnesota, parts of North Dakota and Wisconsin to conduct annual staff training on OSHA, Infection Control, Hazardous Waste/Material, Radiation Safety and an occasional walk-through. The training sessions are 3-4 hours and all materials/equipment are provided. You must have a dental background, experience in an office and willing to travel. Position is commission based and can be somewhat flexible around another schedule.
Dental Compliance Trainer qualifications:
-Hold a dental license (LDA, DH, DT, ADT)
-At least 5 years experience in a dental office
-Have reliable transportation and a drivers license with auto insurance
Having been an in-office OSHA officer a plus. Extensive training program before flying solo and leading classes.
Training Schedule is Monday through Friday - no weekends
