We have an immediate need for a caregiver for 12-hour shifts, either from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM or from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, every day of the week. You will typically work between 3 to 4 days per week with the client.
The client is 24/7 | Male Client 92yrs old | lives by himself in a home | No pets |Catheter | Assist w/Transfers | Med Remind | Exercise HIP | Walker/Scooter | Meal prep / light housekeeping / laundry (assist w/ADL's)

Job Description:
CNA's/HHA's provide service to individuals in their own homes and communities who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other afflictions.
Home care may include:
· hands-on care
· light housecleaning
· laundry
· meal preparation
· transportation
· companionship
· household activities.
CNA's/HHA's are responsible for ensuring that services are delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant agency policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
Must have a valid driver's license and have proof of insurance.
Pass a state background check.
Pass a drug screening test.
