Job Summary
As a Residential Assistant Program Manager III of In-Home Services, you will support people with disabilities to successfully live in their own homes and participate in their communities. You will assist these individuals with increasing their independence and quality of life. You will supervise, train, and support our staff of Direct Support Professionals.
Wage: $18.00 per hour
As part of our team, you will support people with disabilities in the following areas:
Participates in the individual planning process with each person served
Collaborate with a person’s care team and facilitate team meetings
Promote hobbies and recreational activities
Assist with meal planning, grocery/personal shopping, & cooking
Schedule and attend medical appointments
Support & develop independent living skills
Provide education & opportunities to problem solve with regards to safety skills, social interactions, and self-advocacy
Supervise a staff of Direct Support Professionals
Provide training to personnel on person served health needs, work supports, etc. so individuals can live as independently as possible

Must have a personal vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license. You will receive reimbursement for mileage.
You must meet the criteria of a Designated Coordinator (see standards below)
Designated Coordinator Qualifications:
To qualify as a Designated Coordinator, you must meet one of the following criteria:
a 4-year degree in Human Services or a related field plus at least on year of experience in the field
a bachelorette degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or
a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older
a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications listed above.
