BREAD BAKER:
Rose Street Bread Lab serves as an extension of our acclaimed French bakeries in South Minneapolis and St. Paul. Functioning as a dedicated production facility, the Lab specializes in crafting artisanal breads and viennoiserie for distribution to both retail and wholesale clients.
We seek individuals who share our passion for exceptional food quality and value teamwork, effective communication, a positive demeanor, and meticulous attention to detail.
Collaborate with a team to prepare both wholesale and retail products during overnight shifts.
Proficiency in working with yeasted products is required.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
Experience with spiral mixers and 60-quart planetary mixers is preferred.
Full-time position with compensation commensurate with experience.
