We produce buns, breads, desserts and more for some of the best restaurants in the Twin Cities. We are hiring a Quality Control - Packaging Supervisor to lead our packaging team and maintain excellence in every product that leaves our production facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily packaging operations, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
Implement and monitor quality control systems to maintain product consistency.
Supervise and train packaging staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Perform regular inspections of packaged products to ensure accuracy, labeling, and presentation
Maintain accurate records of quality checks and production reports.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role with a commercial bakery setting or similar.
The ability to make decisions.
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, etc.).
