Porzana Steak house is seeking Host and Food Runners staff who will continually promote a culture that embraces Porzana Trinity. The ideal candidates will have the following:
Some experience in the service industry
Passion for food, wine, hospitality and the restaurant industry
Ability to work effectively and positively in a fast paced, high-pressure environment is crucial
Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a team environment and welcome feedback and direction
Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds of weight
Have stellar people skills and understand what it means to provide excellent service
Be able to thrive in a team environment
Enjoy what they do
Job Duties:
Communicate with guests and coworkers in a professional, clear, precise and efficient manner
Understand all aspects of service and remain efficient at all times
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude on the floor at all times
Provide a high level of service to guests, and co-workers
