Your Impact

As a CRG Manager your core responsibility is to create and maintain a positive environment for both staff and guests. You will be charged with overseeing all Front of the House (FOH) staff, food and labor costs, and consistency and quality control for both food and service.

Supervision: Supervise all FOH staff and create team buy-in through…

- Delegating tasks to employees

- Continuously coaching with constructive feedback

- Maintaining proper documentation for employee files

- Assisting with performance evaluations and goal-setting

- Collaborating with executive team to ensure staff training objectives have been met

- Overseeing shift cuts and push backs during your managing shift, and playing a role in FOH scheduling

- Assisting with FOH hiring and on-boarding processes

Guest Experience: Maintain CRG hospitality standards through …

- Serving as an expert on CRG’s hospitality standards and consistently educating and holding staff accountable to these standards

- Acquiring a deep understanding of CRG’s service model and online ordering system

- Participating in on the floor service, particularly during peak hours

- Actively looking for ways to assist and interact with guests

- Working to resolve any and all customer complaints

- Maintaining consistency and quality control across all CRG food and beverage

Daily Operations: Steamline storefront operations through…

- Implementing company-wide procedures and standards of operation including but not limited to expo and take-out protocol, allergens procedure, and refunds/refires

- Problem-solving tech issues as they arise with a calm and in-charge demeanor

- Communicating restaurant maintenance needs

- Keeping a pulse on restaurant ordering and inventory needs

Leadership: Role-model leadership daily through …

- Exhibiting professionalism, poise and compassion

- Practicing accountability

- Attending leadership meetings as directed

- Internalizing a responsibility for developing oneself and staff

- Serving as a liaison between both BOH and FOH management teams
