The 50’s Grill is a full-service, casual restaurant specializing in from-scratch cooking and baking. If we don’t make it fresh, we don’t serve it! We’ve been in business since 1985 under one owner and have become not only a favorite local restaurant in the northwest metro but also a destination restaurant for the entire Twin Cities and state of Minnesota. Compensation:
Competitive wage based on experience and qualifications. Full Time employees will qualify to join our Health/Dental insurance plan as well as be eligible to earn vacation pay, annual bonus and a 100% employer-funded retirement program.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be a TEAM PLAYER
Follow all recipes and cooking instructions and meet portion control specifications
Demonstrate product knowledge and pride in the appearance and flavor of each item prepared
Maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout the shift
Maintain compliance with all food, health, and safety standards as set by the company and with Health department code
Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of cooking skills
Stable work history demonstrating 100% reliability
Physically fit and able to maintain a quick pace for the duration of the shift
Self –starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
Calm and effective under pressure
Maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance
