MT Noodles is an authentic Vietnamese restaurant located in Brooklyn Park. We’re looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic kitchen staff to join our team! Full time or part time opportunities available - we prefer some previous experience in the kitchen. Hours available: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11am - 10pm.
We are looking for someone long term and reliable. We’re willing to teach and train a good candidate.
Job Expectations:
- Experience with working and cooking in a kitchen
- Must be able to follow directions
- A positive/good attitude
- Team player, able and willing to work in a collaborative restaurant and help other staff when they need it
- Physical stamina to work 10-12 hour shifts
- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Sweeping and mopping floors, as required.
- Washing, chopping, shredding, prepping, ingredients or cutting meat when needed
- Clean up/close down kitchen (no later than 10:30pm every day)
Must be able to work with others well, ability to stand for extended periods and able to work high volume on the weekends.
