We have been operating since 2012 and have built a great customer base.
We are located on the famous Nicollet Mall, in the first floor of Target Corporate, across the street from WCCO and Orchestra Hall, just a couple blocks from the Minneapolis Convention Center, and a couple blocks from all the major downtown hotels including 1 block from the Hilton.
Our idea GM is someone who enjoys the job and cares about their staff. Someone who will work through a rush side by side with our staff running food and helping expo, but who’s also creative and can think of new ways to build the business. Someone that our staff will respect and guests will know personally. Someone fun, with a good sense of humor who can relax during times that others would stress.

We have made the operations easy for our management so they can spend most of their time with our team on the floor. We use Margin Edge for inventory and invoicing, we use Resy for our reservations, we use Homebase for scheduling, we use Toast as our POS, and we use Branch for cash handling. With all these tools, managing has been simplified to keep you engaging with our team and our guests.
We have a handful of managers that will work under you to share the load as well. They are all intelligent, creative, and hardworking veterans of this industry. The bar staff are well known and loved, our servers are bursting with charm, and our kitchen staff are referred to by us as “assassin’s on the line”. We really do have an exceptional staff of service industry veterans.
