We are looking for someone that has prior supervisory or managerial experience in a casual or fast casual restaurant. We need you to be a dependable, enthusiastic team player and have a passion for managing people and for hospitality. Strong organizational and computer skills required.
Back of House experience helpful.
You will be responsible for managing and directing daily operations of the restaurant, and most importantly, upholding our standards of excellence.

Day to Day Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Coordinating daily operations.
-Supervising shifts
-Serve, and or Bartend, and assist in BOH when needed.
-Recruiting, hiring and training new FOH and BOH employees
-Daily bookkeeping, pulling payroll reports and other administrative tasks
-Writing the schedules
-Programming and maintenance of the POS system
-Inventory/Ordering
-Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety policies
-Ensure delivery of high quality hospitality and customer service
-Keeping the physical property and equipment looking good and functioning properly
This position is full-time. We are very competitive in wage. Bonus program. Life friendly schedule. Must be able to work, mostly on your feet, 8 hours per day, and lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends. Must be able to be flexible with schedule as needed by staff.
