Mintahoe Catering & Events is hiring for a weekend cook position at the Leo Byrne Residence in Saint Paul, preparing meals and assisting with service for approximately twenty residents.
This is a low-stress position. as the residents appreciate receiving home-style meals that are properly prepared.
Interaction with the residents is important as they are friendly and like to have the feel of a “home” environment.
Job requirements include:
Being reliable. When you are scheduled, their meals are dependent upon you.
Having a positive, “let’s do what is needed”, attitude. This might be serving, washing dishes, ordering supplies and more.
Meeting personal hygiene and appearance standards.
Experience cooking for a group.
The ability to plan menus and execute them.
The schedule is from nine a.m. to six p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. There may be occasions when weekday hours are available for you if you wish to take them.

This is an hourly position with the pay rate dependent upon your skills, ranging from $19 an hour to $21 an hour
