Overview:
Servers at Broders’ Pasta Bar are equally as vital to the overall experience as the food that comes out of the kitchen. Being a server is to create a bridge between the guest and our chefs. Servers foster and participate in a shared dynamic of responsibility with the entire front of house staff.
Expectations:
In addition to receiving and entering orders, the server's role is to create an atmosphere that is unique to Broders’ by making customers feel welcome and at home. Our goal is to create an environment where people can use their servers as a resource to understand our menu, story and restaurant. It is the server’s responsibility to create a team between themselves and the wait assistants to help create a seamless service experience.
Participate in daily pre-shift to prepare oneself for service. Participate in educational opportunities as well as independent research to prevent stagnant sales and service. Thoroughly understand and utilize entire beverage menu.

Pay: $16.00 per hour + tips
