Position Summary
As a Banquet Server at A’BULAE & Le VENERE, you’ll play a key role in creating a seamless, memorable experience for guests. From setup and guest greeting through plated service or buffet delivery to teardown and clean‑up, you’ll work with kitchen, bar, and event staff to ensure impeccable service throughout each wedding.
Responsibilities include:
-Serving hors d'oeuvres, plated meals, dessert, filling and maintaining buffet
-Refilling waters, clearing tables, assisting with spills, owning your section
-Providing exceptional customer services to all guests,
-Handle special requests sensitively and professionally (e.g. dietary needs, high‑chair assistance).
-Arranging tables, chairs, glassware, condiments and décor according to event specifications.
-Attend pre‑event briefings to understand event specifications
-Greet guests with warmth and professionalism. Offer assistance to find seating or locate event amenities.
-Collaborate with kitchen, bartending, and banquet captain teams to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction.
-Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Competencies:
-Customer service: Friendly, professional, and guest‑focused demeanor.
-Communication & teamwork: Able to coordinate seamlessly with other servers, kitchen, and event staff.
-Physical stamina: Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods and lifting trays or objects up to 25–50 lbs.
-Attention to detail: Correctly set and clear tables, respect plating and serving protocols.
