The Lowbrow, a busy Mpls restaurant, seeks a morning baker to make our signature cakes and pies! We've been rocking in South Mpls for almost 14 years, and we are looking for someone with baking experience who is self directed, has great attention to detail, and can make an assortment of desserts. Hours are 5am - 10am, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and occasionally Fridays - approximately 15 hours a week. Responsibilities include kitchen set up, maintaining daily pars, baking pies and cakes, washing your own dishes.
