Remote Camp Cook/Chef
He/She is responsible for preparing Breakfast, Box Lunch, Snacks/ baked goods, And plated dinner for up to 6 guest, 7 days a week. Also, responsible for up keep of guest tents, and daily communication With Executive Chef, and Lodge House Staff. (Starlink internet will be provided)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge in food, cooking fundamentals, knife skill, and culinary equipment
Efficient in multi tasking, and exceptional organizational - housekeeping skills
Ability to meet daily goals and time lines, while giving exceptional service to guest
Physical/Mental ability to work 100 days straight, JUNE - MID SEPTEMBER
Punctual, and self disciplined, that requires little supervision
Physically able to bend, lift a minimum 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time
Exceptional, eye for detail, and creative scratch culinary skill
A passion for the outdoors, and ability adapt to all weather conditions. Highly recommended
to have previous, Alaska seasonal work experience, but not required.
