Description Robert Half is looking for a Project Coordinator to join one of it's clients based in Minneapolis, MNJob Details: Deliver a consistent, outstanding customer service experience Manage and book reservation requests; maintain room schedules through reservation system Greet and provide directional assistance to all guest/facilitators as needed Manage and respond to all emails in the location-specific folders Respond in a timely manner when processing customer requests for reservations Provide consultative event coordination services to customers, including catering, room set-ups, AV troubleshooting and general event logistics Perform set-up and clean-up for beverage service as neededRequirements
Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
